This 3 or 4 bedroom house is ready for you to put in your finishing touches.  We have installed new exterior doors, new storm doors, and paneling on enclosed porch.  We have put down new floor tile in kitchen and utility area, front porch, upstairs bathroom, and the landing of the stairwell.  We have had a new electrical box installed, and made many plumbing repairs (including replacing the water heater).  The side and back yards are enclosed with new four-foot chain link fence with gates at the front and rear.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor, each with a very large walk in closet.  One room on the first floor could be used as a bedroom.  The main bath (tub & shower) is on the second floor, the first floor has a half bath.  The washer and dryer hookup are on the main floor at the rear of the house.  The full basement has a large room that was previously used as a game room and a smaller storage room into which we built in wooden shelves.  The detached two-car garage has electricity and also a small storage room addition.  Access to the garage is through the alley.
